Blaze on 35th anniversary of deadly Oakland/Berkeley hills fire shows fire response changes

A fire broke out on the border of Berkeley and Oakland sending a plume of smoke up from the hills, a frightening sight for many residents on this 35th anniversary of the deadly fire in 1991. Fire officials say the smooth response Tuesday shows the many changes that were made since the 1991 fire.
